Chef Jimmy Bradley opened The Red Cat back in 1999. The restaurant quickly drew praise for its laid back setting and innovative cuisine. Look for dishes like an onion tartlet with black truffle, sauteed zucchini with toasted almonds and sausage risotto with cremini and parmesan. Entrees include Long Island duck breast, hanger steak and roasted organic chicken. For dessert, sticky toffee pudding with eggnog ice cream and pistachio semifreddo, among others.
