Grilled chicken skewers, known as Yakitori, are served along side a global wine list curated by a top sommelier at Toriko in Greenwich Village. The menu features virtually every part of the bird including neck, drumette, thigh, wing, rib, heart and skin. Seafood, pork and vegetable options are also available. Other items included deep-fried tofu, grilled wagyu with uni, pork okra and foie gras.
