We first caught up with Avocaderia at Brooklyn’s Industry City. It has since branched out to Terminal Stores near Hudson Yards with additional stores planned after gretting a cash infusion from Mark Cuban and Barbara Corcoran on Shark Tank. Avocaderia bills itself as the first avocado bar, serving things like avacado toast, salads, bowls and smoothies using Haas avocados from Mexico. For avocado aficionados it is a dream come true.
