Wine Bars
Details:
Café and bookstore by day, Bibliotheque transforms into a popular wine bar by night. Suspense writer A.J. Jacono and his father, world-renowned plastic surgeon Dr Andrew Jacono, opened Bibliotheque as a place to share their passion for literature, fine foods and exceptional wines.
At the café, visitors are encourage to sit back with a good book while nibbling on bites from chef Daniel Boulud’s Épicerie Boulud. Look for things like Sandwiches (Smoked Salmon, Jambon Beurre, Cubano, and Vegetable Panini), Salads (Tuna Nicoise, Beets & Goat Cheese), Boards (Charcuterie board, Cheese board, Caviar plate), and a selection of pastries and breakfast items.
A vast collection of wines has also been assembled from around the world, with a focus on France (Bordeaux, Burgundy) & Italy (Super Tuscan, Barbaresco, Barolo, Brunello, Chianti).
Guests will also find books artfully displayed throughout the space curated by AJ Jacono sourced from publishing services such as Ingram, Assouline, and the Big Five publishers. The comprehensive list is updated regularly and accompanied by author signings & readings, writer nights and poetry readings. Other events include Karaoke, movie screenings, board games, murder mystery nights, adult spelling bees and more.
Bibliotheque also features art from some of the most notable artists in the world including Henri Matisse, Rashid Johnson, Damien Hirst, Robert Longo, and Roy Lichtenstein.
