Black Sushi in Times Square specializes in sushi made with black rice (aka forbidden rice). Not only is it striking to look at, it's also said to be healthier for you. The menu features sushi offerings like Black Salmon Avocado, Black Crunch Spicy Tuna and a Black California Roll. Aside from Black Sushi, Korean style BBQ beef dumplings are also offered (which are quite good) along with Teriyaki, Ramen and Udon dishes. Service is friendly. You can grab a quick bite up front or in a dining room in the back of the restaurant. Black Sushi is a novelty and one that is worth exploring.
