Bonsai Kakigori is a Japanese treat. It's made by shaving a large block of ice into a ball of fluffy ice crystals. Flavors of seasonal fruits and homemade toppings are added to create these mountains of flavors. Each bite instantly dissolving in your mouth offering a refreshing escape, especially when the weather heats up. We tried the Coconut Lime Crunch Kakigori which is excellent. It's made with creamy coconut, vegan coconut-lime, whipped cream and toasted coconut crunch. Amazing! Other flavors include Matcha Mountain, Strawberries & Cream, Mango & Ginger, and Mandarin & Clove.
