New French cuisine is the inspiration behind Bosie, part coffee shop, restaurant and bar in Greenwich Village. Freshly-baked pastries can be found including mille crepes, eclairs and tarts. There are brightly colored French macarons as well as assorted croissants, turnovers and brioche. Other offerings include baked eggs with ratatouille, steak frites and Salad Façon Nicoise made with steelhead trout, olives, egg and green beans. Guests can also enjoy Tea Service, including mini scones with clotted cream & jam, and tea sandwiches. A Champagne Service is also available with choice of pastries, tea sandwiches and macarons.
