Empire Steak House is built on much more than brick and mortar – its foundation is built on the nearly 40-year journey of the Sinanaj brothers. Now they have more than 70 years of combined experience. Russ, Jack and Jeff, came to New York with a determination to succeed and a strong work ethic they credit to their father. Their culinary experience began at the famed Peter Luger Steakhouse in Brooklyn, where the brothers learned the ropes of operating a successful business and many invaluable lessons. Jack along with brother Russ opened their first restaurant, Ben and Jack’s Steak House, in 2005 with the second location opening in 2009. In 2010 Jack and Russ opened the first Empire Steak House this time with the youngest brother Jeff. Soon after Empire’s success grew and opened another location in 2013 and the most recent in the winter of 2016. In October 2017 it was opened an additional Empire’s location in Tokyo, Japan.
