Brooklyn’s Gumbo Bros are now offering their Po Boys and Gumbo at Urbanspace Vanderbilt in Midtown. The Shrimp Po Boy arrived loaded up with perfectly seasoned fried shrimp on a soft baguette. A Roast Beef and Surf & Turf versions are also available. Spicy chicken and sausage gumbo is also being served along with Cajun spices Zapps potato chips.
