Harwood on Hudson is putting its own stamp on New American cuisine. Chef Terry Harwood, of Vine Street Cafe on Shelter Island, is offering his own signature dishes along with elevated classics. Look for things like cantaloupe & crab gaspacho, a lobster nuckle & claw sandwich, and oyster po boys with pea shoots and roumelade. Larger plates include crispy duck confit, seared diver scallops, a lamb burger and steak frites. Cocktails are avaialble at the bar, or grab a table is the cozy dining room with beamed ceilings and hardwood floors and large windows overlooking the garden.
