Kawi at Hudson Yards is a fine dining establishment from Momofuku founder David Chang and executive chef Eunjo “Jo” Park, reflecting her time spent cooking in Korea. Look for dishes like Fried Cod & Yuzu, Sweet & Sour Ribs, Cured Fluke with lemon dashi & chive, and Raw Clams with chili & sofrito.
