Kimika is a mash-up of Japanese and Italian cuisines by Chef Christine Lau. Dishes range from Crispy Rice Cake Lasagna with sweet Italian sausage and spicy cabbage to Sticky Rice Risotto with bamboo, chestnuts and ginkgo nuts. There are Pizze Fritte with choice of Uni made with sweet soy and pink peppercorns; and prosciutto with mizuna and onion jam; among others. For dessert, think matcha swirl panettone, and apple crostata with kabocha mochi.
