La Compagnie Flatiron is the second New York wine bar from the Experimental team, arriving ten years after their original SoHo location. Designed by Dorothée Meilichzon, the space preserves original brickwork and parquet floors while adding natural materials and light. The wine list leans deep, with hundreds of bottles from small producers, paired with a food menu by Chef Eric Bolyard featuring grilled meats, seasonal vegetables, and refined plates like tarte flambée and zucca pasta.
