A little bit of culinary history has been made. Le Cirque has reopened at its swanky new digs at One Beacon Court, a wonderful highrise with a curved wall of glass. Let's just call it the East Side's Time Warner Center. It's an impressive building and a perfect setting for one of New York's premier French restaurants. Sirio Maccioni, who has wined and dined presidents and New York's high society for years, calling it "a place where the worlds of food, fashion and culture converge." As Sirio Maccioni puts it, "We are excited to once again welcome our friends and customers as we move from one of the city's oldest landmarks to one of its newest landmarks." His wish is coming true. Paris Hilton and other celebs are already embracing the new Le Cirque.
