Chef Dale Talde's newest venture at the Arlo Nomad Hotel is called Massoni. Think Italian with a twist. On the menu you will find dishes like biriyani rice balls with tomato sauce, a caesar salad with romaine, parmesan & nori, and fried calamari with a pastrami spiced aioli. There is an assortment of pizzas, including one with charred brussels spouts, pistachio pesto and ricotta salata. Larger plates include pasta dishes and entrees like brick chicken with mustard greens, and a 28 day dry-aged ribeye with crispy fingerling potatoes. The space includes large murals and collaged walls, a full bar and private booths.
