Belgian Chef Johan Halsberghe, who grew up in Antwerp, is bringing his love of chocolate mousse to New Yorkers at his Harlem mousse bar. The artisanal mouse is created in small batches and comes in flavors like dark chocolate, white chocolate and hazelnut praline.
