Pips is the latest restaurant from the team behind Colonie and Gran Electra. Located on Atlantic Avenue in Cobble Heights, Executive Chef Jared Braithwaite is offering small plates inspired by the coast of Italy. Look for dishes like sunchokes with labneh, lemon confit and oregano; octopus with black garlic and radicchio; and scallops with parsnip, pancetta and sage. Desserts bring olive oil cake, zabaglione and cranberries.
