Scoops & Sweets is a sweet little bake shop in Fort Greene, Brooklyn with creations by Executive Chef Caroline Schiff. The sweets include things like toasted coconut cake with lots of coconut, smores bars with toasted marshmallow, macaroons (American style) and cupcakes topped with toasted hazel nuts, chocolate chips and a drizzle of caramel. Birthday and specialty cakes are also available. The scoops are a selection of Blue Marble Ice Creams that can be purchased as cones or in sundaes and floats.
