It's always nice to see someone go from operating a stand to opening a brick-and-mortar location. Squish Marshmallows, created by Catherine Sprung, is one of them. The shop, on St Marks Place in the East Village, is well known for its fluffy homemade marshmallows. They come in flavors like Birthday Party covered with colored sprinkles, S'mores (dipped in chocolate optional), Rocky Road, Peanut Butter & Jelly, and Banana Pudding. Seasonal flavors are also offered. Squish will even toast your marshmallows on the spot!
