Details:

St Tropez is bringing the South of France to the West Village. Dreamt up by four French friends, it's described as a splash of wine, food and joie de vivre. The wine list is extensive with 45 selections of French wines by the glass, or half bottle. Chef Gérald Barthélémy, who is also a partner, earned a Michelin Star at the Les Élysées restaurant in Paris. The menu showcases Provençal specialties like Beef Tartare, Poulet Fermier au Citron (chicken), Beef in Red Wine Sauce and Moules du Sud (mussels). For dessert, try the Tropézienne, a pastry cream-filled tart made famous by actress Brigitte Bardot. The space, designed by Loubna Pichard, offers a rustic farmhouse feel with wooden beams and salvaged white pine ceiling as well as reclaimed wooden shelves and tables. See more
