Suzuki gets its name from Chef Toshio Suzuki whose deft handling of fish won him high praise at Sushi Zen. Now, he is back in action at Suzuki featuring two dining areas. One is a 10-seat sushi bar known as Satsuki presided over by Chef Suzuki and his protege Kentaro Sawada. The other is a 56 seat kaiseki restaurant guided by Chef Takashi Yamamoto, who served as the private chef at the Japanese Consulate. Private rooms and a separate cocktail lounge, calll Three Pillars, also occupy this sophisticated space designed to transport diners to the serenity of Kyoto. See more
