When you think of The Tillage imagine an elevated bar scene, but not too elevated as to not enjoy a good ballgame on two jumbo screens above a stylish white marble bar. It's the kind of place where can sit back with a cocktail (or two) and a bite; maybe some fried oysters with chipotle mayo, lobster sliders or “chimmi” chicken wings with a hint of ghost pepper. Better yet, go for the open-faced Pork Torta with thick slab bacon, avocado, and red onions. It's topped with a perfectly prepared fried egg with a runny yolk that pulls it altogether. Other offerings include a Bone-In Striploin and Frenched Veal Chop.
