Three Times is a is a fast-casual Chinese concept specializing in a dish rarely seen outside of South China called Shi Bing Tong. The traditional snack from Taizhou, Zhejiang Province is made with pastryfilled with things like pork, squid, celery and rice and is typically eaten at festivals, like the Dragon Boat Festival. A vegan option is also available. Other offerings include rice bowls with Taiwanese braised beef, steamed or fried dumplings filled with pork or beef, noodles served with scallion and egg, and classic buns with a choice of pork or mushrooms & greens. The kitchen is helmed by Chef Jennifer Yang who has more than 30 years of experience cooking traditional Chinese dishes.
